1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Websicon Infoworld Pvt. Ltd. for services, you agree to these terms. These terms govern all projects and services delivered by Websicon.

2. Services

Websicon provides IT services including website development, AI chatbot development, automation, CRM setup, SEO, digital advertising, mobile app development, and AI video creation. Specific deliverables are defined in individual project proposals.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required before project commencement
• 50% payment due upon project delivery
• Monthly retainer services billed at the start of each month
• All prices are exclusive of GST (18%) unless stated otherwise
• Late payments may result in project suspension

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content (text, images, logos), timely feedback, access to required accounts, and accurate business information. Project timelines may be affected by delays in client-provided materials.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final delivered work. Websicon retains the right to use projects in portfolios unless a separate NDA specifies otherwise. Third-party software, plugins, and licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

6. Warranties & Limitations

Websicon warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or advertising results. Our liability is limited to the project fees paid.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. For cancellations before commencement, advance payments may be refunded at our discretion minus any preparatory costs incurred.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh.
